CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

Join our very fun team that is committed to quality and customer service! Working with retail partners nationwide and customers through an e-commerce platform, the customer service coordinator is an integral part of the team as the first point of contact for inquiries and orders. Applicants should exhibit a strong work ethic, supreme attention to detail, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and a sense of humor.


Job Specifications:

  • Daily opening/closing of the warehouse
  • Order entry and order fulfillment of both wholesale and e-commerce orders
  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and issues via telephone, and email
  • Track and update changes to orders and resolve any issues from onset to fulfillment; follow-up with customers regarding any issues with their order
  • Process, invoice and receive payments on orders on multiple platforms Quickbooks Online, Shopify, Faire and Etsy
  • Process orders for shipment, creating shipping labels & providing tracking information
  • Manage the fulfillment process for all key account orders  - routing guides, vendor guidelines, EDI
  • Pull + pack orders alongside the fulfillment team

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of customer service/warehouse experience with proven ability to provide exceptional service
  • Experience using Quickbooks Online for creating estimates, invoices & processing payment
  • Experience with Shopify, Faire, Etsy and Shipstation
  • Experience working with wholesale key accounts and their routing guides
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Demonstrate independent problem solving skills
  • Effective time management and adherence to time and attendance guidelines
  • Upbeat, energetic personality with a positive sense of humor
  • Knowledge of Mac based tools and applications
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, EDI systems are a major plus, but not required
  • Must be able to work on in a warehouse environment, standing, stopping, bending and lifting; ability to lift up to 50lbs

Full Time On Site - 40 hours per week 
$22/hr
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
North Hollywood, CA *remote work is not an option for this position

QUALITY CHECK + ASSEMBLY TEAM MEMBER

At Chez Gagné, we take pride in providing top-notch products to our customers. That's where you come in! Your daily tasks will involve quality checking our high-end wine, rocks glasses, and mugs for imperfections. You'll also get the chance to assemble our highly popular (and wonderfully aromatic) shower steamers!

Job Specifications

  • Quality check high-end wine, rocks glasses, and mugs with an eagle eye for detail.
  • Assemble our amazing and aromatic shower steamers.
  • Work minimum 4-hour shifts on consistent days.


Requirements: 

  • A keen eye for detail (good eyesight is a must!).
  • A quick learner who can work independently.
  • Stay organized and be a self-starter.
  • Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to lend a hand.
  • Experienced in handwork and assembling tasks.
  • Not overly sensitive to strong scents, as we use essential oils like lavender, eucalyptus, peppermint, etc.


You can listen to your favorite music or podcast on your headphones while you work! We believe in keeping a fun and upbeat environment, but of course, efficiency and attention to detail are crucial. You'll be expected to meet the daily quota for the number of products quality checked or assembled.
