Warehouse + Customer Service Manager

Full Time (40hrs per week)
Join our very fun team that is committed to quality and customer service! Working with retail partners nationwide and customers through an e-commerce platform, the warehouse + customer service manager is an integral part of the team as the first point of contact for inquiries and orders. Applicants should exhibit a strong work ethic, supreme attention to detail, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem resolution skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and sense of humor.

Job Specifications:
• Daily opening/closing of the warehouse in North Hollywood
• Order entry and job workflow coordination
• Responding and resolving customer service inquires and issues via telephone, and email
• Tracking and updating changes to orders and resolving any issues from onset to fulfillment; following-up with customers regarding any issues with their order
• Estimating, invoicing and billing orders using Quickbooks Online, Shopify and Etsy
• Managing warehouse job materials and supply inventory
• Pulling + packing orders
• Oversee and prioritize staff quality checking, order fulfillment and packing/shipping

Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years of customer service/warehouse experience with proven ability to provide exceptional service
• Experience using Quickbooks for inventory, purchase orders, estimating, sales orders, receipts, invoices, reports.
• Experience using Shopify, Etsy and Shipstation
• Proven ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks
• Extreme attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Demonstrate independent problem solving skills
• Effective time management and adherence to time and attendance guidelines
• Upbeat, energetic personality with a positive sense of humor
• Knowledge of Mac based tools and applications
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator are a major plus, but not required

$30/hr – W9 initially. Payroll + Benefits coming soon

Temporary Part-Time Warehouse Help

In search of enthusiastic, efficient, independent self starters who have an eye for detail! We have temporary part time shifts available Mon-Fri, between 9:30am - 4:30pm. 3 hour minimum shifts required, but set your own availability within the business hours for 10, 20 or 30 hours per week.

All shifts are quality checking glassware and ceramics. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed. Warehouse environment - standing during your shift and ability to lift up to 40pounds may be required. 

 Paid weekly. $15/Hr W9
