1 . Get your shower hot and steamy and then proceed to step two.

2 . Allow some water to hit the steamer and then place it on a ledge, soap dish or the shower
floor out of direct water spray. Do not submerge. For best aromatherapy benefits, place the steamer as close to your head as possible.

3 . The steamer will start dissolving and you’ll start relaxing! We hope.

4 . Rinse thoroughly after each use.
